ENFIELD, NH — Louis Albert Boutin passed peacefully on September 27, 2019 at home. He was born in Lebanon, New Hampshire on January 11, 1942 to Emile Boutin and Louise (Dion) Boutin.

He graduated from Lebanon High School in 1960 and served in the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964 when he was honorably discharged.

He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and worked as a chef at DHMC, Alice Peck Day, and most recently a chef and baker at Harvest Hill.

He was predeceased by his father and mother, a brother Arthur Boutin, and an infant son Lionel Boutin.

He is survived by his ex-wife Janet (Lockwood) Boutin, children Desiree Boutin Buck and Louis Albert Boutin Jr, sisters Diane Talbot and Jeanne Moodie, both of Lebanon, and would have been survived by his only granddaughter, Agatha in December.

Per his request, there will be no calling hours. There will be a private service at a later date.
