LEBANON — A 23-year-old Quechee man has been indicted on three felony charges that allege he attempted to meet up with a minor in Lebanon for sex acts.
A Grafton County Grand Jury last week indicted Noah Rosenzweig on counts of certain uses of computer services prohibited and two counts of attempted felonious sexual assault.
Rosenzweig allegedly drove to a location in Lebanon in August to meet up with what he thought was a minor for a sexual encounter, according to the indictment. However, he had been communicating through social media with an undercover Lebanon police officer.
He pleaded not guilty to the allegations at his arraignment in Grafton Superior Court on Aug. 13 and remains out on an unsecured appearance bond.
Rosenzweig has a dispositional conference scheduled for Oct. 15.
