HARTLAND, VT — Roberto Garcia, 83, a lifelong resident of Hartland, VT died Sunday, July 21, 2019.
A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, September 28 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, off Route 5 (behind Mike’s Store & Deli), Hartland Three Corners, Hartland, VT.
