Tricia Husain, an agent with Bassette Real Estate Group in Hartland, has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation from the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors.

The designation is awarded to real estate professionals who focus on representing the real estate buyer.

Husain, a Hartland resident, completed a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective specialty course focused on “At Home with Diversity” in order to earn the ABR designation, Bassette Real Estate said in a news release.

Cara Dyke has joined Bar Harbor Bank & Trust as an assistant vice president, branch relationship manager for the bank’s Lebanon branch locations on Hanover Street and Heater Road.

Dyke, of Orford, joined Bar Harbor Bank after 20 years at Ledyard National Bank, most recently as assistant vice president and manager of Ledyard’s Lyme branch.

Bar Harbor Bank & Trust has promoted Emily Ricard to assistant vice president, treasury services officer, based at the bank’s New London branch.

Ricard, of Sunapee, joined Bar Harbor’s predecessor bank, Lake Sunapee Bank, in 2015 and joined the bank’s treasury services group in 2018.

Monique Priestley, founder of The Space on Main in Bradford, Vt., and Steve Reid, founding owner of Fat Toad Farm in Braintree, Vt., have each become new board members of the Green Mountain Economic Development Corp.

At GMEDC’s recent membership meeting, Joe Boyd, of Woodstock, was elected chairman, succeeding Sperry Wilson, who retired.

Also at the annual meeting, board members Lisa Henderson, of Norwich, was elected vice chairwoman; Ed Childs, of Norwich, was elected secretary; and Russ North, of Hartford, was elected treasurer.
