A graveside Masonic and Eastern Star Service with military honors for William “Bill” Howe, 84 who died March 1, 2019 will be held Saturday, June 1, 2019 at 1pm at the Village Cemetery in Tunbridge, VT. The Boardway and Cilley Funeral Home in Chelsea, VT is in charge of arrangements.
