HANOVER — Hanover-area residents who watched New Hampshire PBS over-the-air, rather than through cable or a dish, can now rescan their television sets to pick up its new channel assignment.
What had been NH PBS on Channel 50 has now been reassigned to Channel 36 due to a new frequency mandate from the Federal Communications Commission. With installation work that started in February now completed on a new antenna and other equipment at its Hanover site, the rescanning by over-the-air viewers will enable them to get the new channel assignment and related offerings.
Viewers with questions can contact NHPBS at (603) 868-1100 or email themailbox@nhpbs.org.
