Town Meeting deliberative session will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, at the Meeting House on Four Corners Road. Town officials will be elected by Australian ballot from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the same location on Tuesday, March 12.
SPRINGFIELD, N.H. — Voters will decide whether to use $100,000 from the unreserved fund balance to do site preparation work for a future replacement of the sand shed and expanded exterior storage.
The proposed general fund budget totals $1.4 million.
Selectboard Chairwoman Tamara Butcher is unopposed for a three-year term on the panel. Timothy Cook and Bernard Manning are running for two seats on the Budget Committee, and Michael Howard and Byran O’Day are on the ballot for two seats on the Planning Board.
There are two contested elections — Annette Granger and Angela MacCreighton are running for treasurer, and Joyce Guinther and Azra Karabegovic are running for library trustee.
