LEBANON, NH — Richard “Dick” A. Kimball, 84, passed away Saturday February 9, 2019 in the

comfort of his home with his children by his side. Richard was born in Lebanon to the late Merlin

A. & Florence (MacFadgen) Kimball Sr. He graduated from West Lebanon High School, class of

1952. He enjoyed the alumni gatherings and parades where he could reconnect with his friends.

On June 4th, 1955 he was married to Evelyn D. LeBrun who predeceased him on November 14,

2009. He was also predeceased by his brother Merlin A. Kimball, Jr. There were so many experiences that Richard enjoyed, the highlight being with his family. From spending many weekends at Ski Jumping competitions and all the children’s activities to teaching how to swim and fish at Crystal Lake or hunting at Clark Pond, or anywhere! This dedication to his family carried onto the grandchildren’s and great grandchildren’s sporting events, especially the baseball games! Richard worked 35 plus dedicated years for Decato Brothers Trucking as a mechanic before retiring. Richard had a strong work ethic and could not sit still during his retirement and decided to continue to work for various businesses in the Upper Valley.

He is survived by two sons Bruce Kimball of Lebanon, NH, Glen Kimball of Lebanon, NH, three daughters Gail Place of Plainfield, NH, Ellen Herrin of Plainfield, NH and Carol Frost of East Baldwin, ME, a sister, Marion Chapman of W. Lebanon, NH, 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
