HANOVER, NH — William James Smalley, 83, passed away Sunday November 26, 2018. Family and friends are invited to William’s memorial calling hour on Sunday December 2, 2018 from 2 to 3 pm at the Ricker Funeral Home in Lebanon. His memorial service will begin at 3pm at the funeral home.
