Claremont — Crystal Carrier and Joshua Currier, of Claremont, have announced their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Holly Dorr-Carrier and Mark Carrier, of Claremont. She graduated from Stevens High School in 2009 and is employed at Northern Lights Tanning in Claremont.

The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Christine Foisy-Currier and Michael Currier, of Newport. He graduated from Newport Middle High School in 2006.

The couple plan an April 2019 wedding in Charlestown.
