Hartland, Vt. — Committal services will be held Friday, Sept. 14, 2018, at 11 a.m. in the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Randolph, Center, Vt., for Jane W. Watkins, 66, who died May 15, 2003, at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. and. for Horace K. Watkins, 85, who died April 10, 2018, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in White River Junction, Vt. Knight Funeral Home in White River Junction assisted with arrangements.
