Bradford, Vt. — A graveside service with military honors for Robert “Bob” John Welch, who died on Friday, March 2, 2018, will be held at Bradford’s Upper Plain Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 15. All are invited. A reception will follow in the Bradford Congregational Church Vestry. Hale Funeral Homes is in charge of the arrangements.
