Randolph Center, Vt. — A memorial service for Shirley A. Castagner, 87, who died Feb. 3, 2018, will be held, Monday, June 11, 2018, at 11 a.m. at the First Congregational Church of Randolph in Randolph Center with Pastor Tom Harty officiating. Following a time of fellowship at the church, the burial will be at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Randolph Center at 1 p.m. The Boardway and Cilley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
