Quechee — Rebecca Mirkinson Rosen and Troy Hopkins Keyser, both of Jamaica Plain, Mass., have announced their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Richard S. Rosen and the late Dr. Laura J. Mirkinson of Silver Spring, Md., and Larchmont, N.Y. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Barnard College in New York City in 2006 and a master’s degree from the University of Oxford in Oxford, United Kingdom, in 2009. She is a 2018 Ph.D candidate in the Department of English at Princeton University in Princeton, N.J.

The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Rachel N. Keyser, of Quechee, and Christopher S. Keyser, of Rutland, Vt. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Drew University in Madison, N.J., in 2008 and earned a master’s degree in health communication from Emerson College and Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston in 2010. He is employed as senior manager of health information technology at Partners Innovation, a division of Partners HealthCare in Boston.

The couple plan a June wedding in Woodstock.
