Jack is survived by his daughters, Julie A. Stone of Amesbury, Mass., Catherine J. Sanders and her husband Timothy P. Sanders of Uxbridge, Mass.; as well as his three grandsons, Jacob A. Stone, Isaac J. Stone and Kiernan J. Sanders.
Jack was a Dartmouth graduate (Class of 1955) and worked 34 years at New England Telephone / NYNEX, retiring as Secretary & Treasurer in 1990. He was also actively involved with Healthcare (BIDMC/Glover, CareGroup, Neighborhood Health plan etc).
A Memorial Service followed by a reception will be held at the Christ Episcopal Church, 1132 Highland Ave, Needham on Thursday, June 21 at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack’s name may be made to the Needham History Center & Museum, 1147 Central Ave, Needham, MA 02492.
