Charlestown, N.H. —
She was born on Jan. 26, 1942 in Hartford, Conn., the daughter of Stanley F. Patch, Sr and Marie E. (Monty) McLellan.
She attended school in Bellows Falls, Vt. and graduated in the class of1960. In January of 1961, Donna entered the School of Practical Nursing at Mary Hitchcock Hospital in Hanover, N.H. She graduated in Jan. of 1962. She later engaged in several small businesses with her husband, and became an Executive Housekeeper at the Ascutney Mountain Resort in Brownsville, Vt.
She is survived by her husband, Larry J. Small of Charlestown; daughters, Jennifer L. Small and wife, Mirna Najera of Cape Coral, FL, Kimberly A. Kelly and husband, Jason of Charlestown and Melissa H. Clark and husband, Robert of Bedford, NH; her greatest love was for her nine grandchildren; a brother, Stanley J. Patch, Jr and wife, Marianne of Castleton, Vt., and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father, Stanley and step-mother, Helen M. Cudo and her mother, Marie.
Visiting hours will be held at the Charlestown Memorial Chapel in Charlestown on Thursday, June 7th from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.. A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. with Rev. Joe officiating. Burial will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Norris Cotton Cancer Center at DHMC in Lebanon, N.H., Shriner’s Hospital for Children on St. Jude’s Hospital.
