Hartford, Vt. — Wayne J. Plamondon, 59 died Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. unexpectedly. Arrangements are pending with the Knight Funeral Home in White River Junction. A full obituary will follow in a later edition.
