North Haverhill— A 31-year-old Claremont woman faces three charges in connection with a March crash in Lebanon that badly injured one of her passengers.

Jensie Pliego was formally indicted by a Grafton County grand jury last week on charges of second-degree assault and aggravated driving while intoxicated. She also faces a child endangerment charge.

Pliego has pleaded not guilty and remains released on personal recognizance bail.

Pliego is accused of driving under the influence on Route 120 in Lebanon when she collided with a snow bank, causing the car to flip over and land on its roof.

Passenger James Mills, 56, of Claremont, broke his back, and a 10-year-old passenger also sustained injuries, Lebanon police said at the time.
