Hanover — The Hanover Police Department is offering a Rape Aggression Defense course to teach women ages 13 and up how to defend themselves using hands-on training. The course will take place over four evenings: Monday, June 18; Wednesday, June 20; Monday, June 25; and Wednesday, June 27 from 6-9 p.m. at the R.W. Black Center, 48 Lebanon St., in Hanover.
