Officers stopped Brandon Mull, 27, in the Glen Road Plaza and found that he allegedly had heroin in his possession, so they tried to take him into custody, according to a news release issued on Thursday. Mull fled on foot, police said.
“While fleeing, Mull attempted to discard a larger amount of heroin, approximately two ounces,” the release states. “After catching Mull, he continued to resist arrest, and officers needed to utilize a Taser to finally take him into custody.”
Mull pleaded not guilty on Thursday in Grafton Superior Court to two drug possession charges as well as resisting arrest. He was on probation at the time of the alleged incident.
