Donations Needed for Upper Valley Homeless Population

Enfield — Silent Warriors, an organization that supports people who are homeless in the Upper Valley, is looking for donations of personal items, camping supplies and more.

“We are really low and might not be able to continue our monthly handouts,” founder Bev McKinley wrote by email.

The organization is collecting toiletries including deodorant, shaving cream, soap, lotions, sunscreen, bug spray and more. Feminine hygiene products, nail clippers, first aid supplies and socks are also needed, as are non-perishable foods. Silent Warriors is also collecting camping supplies including tents and sleeping bags.

Drop boxes for Silent Warriors are available at the following locations: KDR Fitness, 75 Bank St., Lebanon; Scratch Yarn Store, 18 Hanover St, Lebanon; Allstate Insurance, 1 Glen Road, Suite 11, West Lebanon; Norwich Town Clerk, 300 S Main St. Norwich; H&R Block at both 199 Heater Road, Lebanon and 94 S. Main St., West Lebanon; and all area Sotheby’s Realtors.
