Manchester, N.H. — John H. (Jack) Moore, age 62, died Saturday, May 5, 2018, after a brief illness. He was born in Manchester August 19, 1955, to the late John and Elizabeth Moore.

He graduated from Lebanon High school in 1973, moved to Florida and lived there for many years. He was employed by the Indian River Fruit Company as assistant controller for several years. He returned to the Upper Valley in 1995, and was employed at the Co-op in Hanover, N.H., working in the accounting office in the purchasing department, eventually working in Human Resources. He later worked at the Norwich Inn in Norwich, Vt., as the front desk agent and was loved and considered one of their most valuable employees for eight years until retiring in 2015. He relocated to Manchester where he resided until his death.

He loved spending time with his two sons, his family and many friends, and he loved skiing as well. He had an amazing personality, sense of humor, was kind, caring and very giving to all. Everyone who met Jack loved him for his great spirit.

He is survived by his son, Nathan R. Moore of Vero Beach, Fla.; his brother, James Moore and sister-in-law, Shannon Moore; three nephews, Micheal, Cameron, and Matthew Moore of Vineyard Haven, Mass.; two cousins, Jamie Zayach of Sandy, Utah, and Tracey Smith of Epsom, N.H., and (Aunty-mom) Ernestine Moore of Manchester.

He was predeceased by his son, Eric Moore and his sister, Deborah Moore Saboski.
