Bandy, 91, a longtime resident of Windsor, who passed away on Saturday evening, Dec. 30, 2017 at the Cedar Hill Health Care Center in Windsor will be held Saturday, May 5 at 1 p.m. in the Ascutney Cemetery in Windsor. The Knight Funeral Home in Windsor is entrusted with the arrangements.
