West Lebanon, N.H. — Ellen S. Tobin, 83, died early Saturday morning, April 21, at the Lebanon Center Genesis Eldercare Facility in Lebanon, N.H.   Funeral arrangements are pending at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct., Vt.
