Haverhill — Former Selectman Darwin Clogston narrowly defeated Selectboard Vice Chairman Michael Bonanno in ballot voting on Tuesday, 199-172.

Clogston, who owns a woodworking business, served on the Selectboard for one year in 2016.

At the floor portion of Town Meeting on Saturday, voters will decide on a proposed municipal budget of $5.35 million.
