Jo­anna “Phyllis” El­lis

West Newbury, Vt. — Joanna Phyllis Manning Ellis Otterman, died peacefully on Friday, Feb. 9, 2018, surrounded by her family. She had been battling Progressive Supranuclear Palsy for more than three years.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 17, at 12 noon at the West Newbury Congregational Church in West Newbury, with a reception to follow.
