Chelsea, Vt. — Vivian “Anna” Reed, 91 died Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, at the Barre Gardens Nursing Home in Barre, Vt. She is survived by her son, William George Woodruff of Jamesburg, N.J., and a grandson, William Woodruff of Laurence Harbor, N.J. A graveside service will be held later this spring in the Highland Cemetery in Chelsea.
