Rockingham, Vt. — Carol S. Rogenski, 63, of Gaskill Road died Sunday, Jan. 7, 2018. Carol was born in Lebanon, N.H., on Oct. 19, 1954, the daughter of Mage and Ann (French) Lyford. She was a graduate of Woodstock Union High School and earned a nursing degree from Castleton State College.
