Ascutney, Vt. — Carl Shoemaker, 88, former longtime resident of Windsor, died Saturday, Dec. 30, 2017 at Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center in Windsor.  A complete obituary will run in a later edition of the Valley News.
