Geraldine Elizabeth Morris

 Wellesley, Mass. — Geraldine Elizabeth Morris passed away peacefully on Dec. 8, 2017 at the age of 92.  Beloved wife of the late Frank E. Morris.  She was the wonderful, loving mother of Susan Carlson, Lisa Grobar, and Betsy Morris-Rosen, and the devoted grandmother of Madelyn Wilson, Benjamin Carlson, Matthew and Evan Grobar, Samantha and Grant Rosen. She also leaves behind her beloved sons-in-law: Charlie, George and Robert, and her brother, Allen Coltharp of Calif. 

Born In Arkansas and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Gerry lived in Washington D.C. with Frank before moving to Dover, Mass.  They particularly loved spending summers at Pleasant Lake in New London, N.H. Having a family was her most cherished blessing and she devoted her life to raising her children and volunteering her time to children’s causes.

Memorial luncheon to be held at The Inn at Pleasant Lake, New London, N.H., on Dec. 17 from 12 noon – 2 p.m.  Friends and family are warmly invited to attend.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gerry’s favorite charity: St. Jude’s Research Hospital, 1 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or to your local hospice.
