Chelsea, Vt. — Shirley K. Streeter, 76, died Monday, Nov. 13, 2017, at her home in Chelsea with her family by her side. A funeral service will be held on Friday, Nov. 17, 2017, at 10 a.m. at the United Church of Chelsea in Chelsea with Pastor Tom Harty officiating. The burial will be held at the Highland Cemetery in Chelsea. A full obituary will be in a later edition of the newspaper. Arrangements are under the direction of the Boardway & Cilley Funeral Home in Chelsea.
