Grantham, N.H. —
Ellie was born in 1937 in Chicago, Ill. She lived for most of her life in Ridgewood, N.J. and, for the past 21 years, in Grantham. She graduated from Green Mountain College and Fairleigh Dickinson University. She taught in the Paramus and Oradell, N.J. public school systems for over 20 years.
Ellie leaves her husband, David of Grantham; and three daughters and their families: Jill Wright of Ventura, Calif., Amy Hambrecht of Ridgewood, N.J., and Cynthia Hartnett of Brentwood, N.H.
There will be no calling hours and a private family service will be held a later date.
