Randolph — Two Upper Valley residents were transported to Gifford Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries following a motor vehicle crash near Justin Morgan Marketplace in Randolph on Tuesday morning.

Vermont State Police said preliminary investigation shows Jenna Harrington, 19, of Bethel, failed to yield to oncoming traffic when she exited the Route 12 marketplace around 9:45 a.m., causing her 2005 Toyota Corolla to collide with a 2003 Hyundai Elantra driven by Kasandra Bestenbostel, 22, of Randolph, according to a news release. Both operators were wearing seat belts.

A full investigation into the incident is ongoing, police said.
