Thetford, Vt. — Thomas Harrison Kill, 33, died unexpectedly Saturday, July 22, 2017, at his home in Thetford. He was born April 21, 1984, in Hartford, Conn. the son of Michael J. and Darlene (Simmons) Kill.

He attended school in South Royalton, Vt. and later the Randolph Technical Career Center attending the Culanary Arts Program.

For a short time he ran his own painting company and also worked at Vermont Castings in Randolph, Vt. The last three years he has worked at Pompanoosuc Mills and Huggetts Mini Mart both in East Thetford, Vt.

He enjoyed spending time alone, but also enjoyed being with his close friends and family. He was a loving father and a wonderful son.

He is survived by his parents, Michael and Darlene Kill of South Royalton; his twin daughters, Makenzie and Madasin Kill and their mother Michelle Burbano all of Bethel, Vt.; a brother Douglas Kill of Bath, N.H.; two sisters, Karen Kill of South Royalton and Kasi Thresher and her husband, Michael of East Randolph, Vt.; five nephews, two nieces and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial calling hours will be held Thursday, July 27, 2017, at noon to 2 p.m., with a time for remembrances at 1 p.m. at the Boardway & Cilley Funeral Home, 300 VT RT 110, Chelsea, Vt. (VT RT 110 in Chelsea is now open). A Celebration of Life Picnic will follow the calling hours at his parents home, 24 Hidden Glen RD., So. Royalton (bring a dish to share).
