North Haverhill — A 29-year-old Lebanon man has pleaded not guilty to charges he sexually assaulted an 18-year-old woman at his Parkhurst Street apartment last month.

Francisco Lino allegedly slapped the victim across the face several times and forced her to perform sex acts, according to a Lebanon Police Department news release issued on Tuesday.

Lino maintained his innocence in a police interview, according to an affidavit filed in Grafton Superior Court in North Haverhill.

Police interviewed two witnesses who were at Lino’s apartment on April 7, the night of the alleged assault, who told stories consistent with the victim’s, the affidavit states.

Lino was arraigned in Grafton Superior Court on Monday on two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, as well as two accompanying misdemeanor simple assault charges. He is being held on $10,000 bail.
