Jason Eno, 45, was found dead at a Route 113 property where he had been trimming tees, according to a news release from Vermont State Police.
Eno’s family and employer contacted police after they had not seen him since Sunday. Police found him around 11 a.m. under a large tree, which “had apparently fallen on top of him while cutting the limbs.” His body was removed from the frozen pond, something that “made the recovery a little bit more difficult,” said Detective Trooper Debra Munson.
Eno’s death is not considered suspicious, Munson said. Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
