Bradford, Vt. —
He was born in Woodbury, N.J. the son of Lawrence M and Dorothy O’Toole Jr. He was a World War II Veteran and also a graduate of Duke University in 1952.
He spent his life working in the Advertising and media profession. He had been a resident in the Upper Valley since 1963.
He enjoyed raising and showing Alaskan Malamute’s for 30 years. He loved all animals especially his Great Danes Roxie and Katie who is now 12 years old. He was encouraged by Kitty Bigelow 14 years ago, to organize the Upper Valley Ship Model Guild alone with David Dennison and the late Bob Gile a group that keep him going till he was ninety.
He is survived by his wife, Joann O’Toole of Bradford; three children, Lauri Malz and husband, Robert of Enfield, N.H., Lawrence M O’Toole IV and his companion, Sara of Fayston, Vt. and Joseph Cregar and his companion Kristen of Pleasant, Calif.
Per Lawrence’s request there are no calling hours or services.
The Hale Funeral Homes and Cremation Care of Bradford are in charge of arrangements.
