Springfield, N.H. —
He was born in McKeesport, Pa. on Jan. 28, 1950 the son of Omer E. Cole and Elvira (Mondani) Cole Aldridge.
Rick graduated from Penn State and lived in Springfield for the past 33 years. He and his life partner, John Rego, owned and operated Protectworth Catering for over 20 years retiring in 2006.
He was a member of Ausbon Sargent Land Preservation Trust . Rick was known for his kindness, warm personality and love of gardening.
He is survived by his uncle, Robert Cole of Pa. and close neighbors and friends.
A graveside service will be held in Pleasant View Cemetery, Springfield, N.H. on May 12, 2017.
