Springfield, Vt. — Arlene “Dean” H. Rice, 91, passed away Monday, Feb. 20, 2017, surrounded by her family. Arrangements are pending with the Ricker Funeral Homes & Crematory of Lebanon & Enfield. A complete obituary will be published in a later edition of the Valley News.
