West Lebanon, N.H. —
Ida worked for many years at Whitman Press in Lebanon, N.H., and then at Timken Aerospace until she retired. She then took in foster children and adopted four. She had a huge heart and was a very loving and giving person who was loved by many. She was always there for her friends and family to lend an ear or help in any way she could.
Ida was predeceased by her sister, Rhea Cushman and her brothers, Rodney and Joe Dickerson. She leaves behind her daughters, Alissa A. LaCroix and Katie L. Merrill and her son, Zachary Merrill; brothers, Ray Dickerson, Roy Dickerson and Robert Dickerson; grandson, Jeffrey K. Martin Jr. and granddaughter, Jordan E. LaCroix, as well as many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her faithful dog Bella who was always by her side and she loved very much.
Family and friends are invited to Ida’s calling hours at the Ricker Funeral Home in Lebanon, this Sunday Feb. 12, 2017, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
