Grafton, N.H. — Roy T. Mogan, 88, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017, at his home surrounded by family. A memorial service will be celebrated Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017, at the Assembly of God Church in Canaan beginning at 11 a.m. A complete obituary will be published in a later edition of the Valley News.
