West Windsor  — An application for a 13-lot subdivision off Coaching Lane was withdrawn by the applicant, MFW Associates of Utah, earlier this month.

The Development Review Board was scheduled to continue the review of the application on Tuesday, but that meeting has been canceled.

A reason was not given and John Saydek, who presented the plans for MFW and informed the DRB of the withdrawal in a letter, could not be reached for comment.

The 105-acre parcel owned by MFW abuts the town’s recreational trail network and was part of the trail system until MFW manager Dan Purjes closed access to his property last month.

MFW first filed its application in late November. A hearing was held on Dec. 21, where some residents objected to the proposal and additional information was requested by the DRB.
