Ascutney, Vt. — Rene H. “Butch” Noel, 86, a resident of Ascutney and a former resident of Windsor, passed away Friday evening, Jan. 20, 2017 at his home in Ascutney. At his request their will be no formal services.

The Knight Funeral Home in Windsor is entrusted with the arrangements.
