Lebanon, N.H. — Shirley Ann Lemere, 80, a lifelong area resident passed away Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2016. She graduated from Lebanon High School, Class of 1955. Shirley was a member of the Sacred Heart Church and the Catholic Daughter of America. She and her companion Robert Plante of 39 years enjoyed going to dances every Saturday evening. Both she and Robert enjoyed watching the Boston Bruins and gymnastics.

Shirley’s family would like to thank the loving staff of Hanover Terrace Healthcare for their kindness and comfort that they brought Shirley for the past two years; also a heartfelt thank you to all the support from adoptive family members and friends.

She is survived by her longtime companion Robert Plante, several brothers, sisters, many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to Shirley’s memorial service at the Ricker Funeral Home & Crematory of Lebanon on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017 at 10 a.m.
