West Windsor, Vt. — Loretta B. Smith, 88, a longtime resident of West Windsor, passed away Thursday, Dec. 22 at her home in West Windsor. A memorial service will be held at a later date at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Windsor. Arrangements are pending with the Knight Funeral Home in Windsor.
