Lebanon, N.H. —
Debbie grew up in Lebanon and graduated from Lebanon High School (’73). Most recently she had been working for the VA Hospital in White River Junction, Vt. Prior to that, she had 35 years of dedicated service to the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Debbie had been a member of the Lebanon Emblem Club, was involved with the Call to Care Program with the First Congregational Church of Lebanon, enjoyed NASCAR and as a young lady a Rainbow Girl. She was happiest visiting with family and friends and especially loved listening to stories from her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her sister, Linda Wentworth-King and husband, Steve of Canaan, N.H.; her brother, Doug Wentworth and wife, Lisa of West Lebanon, N.H.; and foster siblings, Terri Sweet, Sandra Sweet-Delong and their families; nieces and nephews: Nicole and Christie Wentworth, Mikala and Jordan Wentworth, Jacob and Jessica Wentworth; also great-nieces and nephews, Katlin, Kadan and Sierra. She was predeceased by her parents and foster parents; her brother, Gary Wentworth; and foster siblings, Cheryl Sweet-Day and Earl Sweet.
At Debbie’s request, there won’t be calling hours or a funeral service. A graveside service will be announced in the spring.
