Perras will take the reins from from Gay Landstrom, who as served as interim CEO at Mt. Ascutney since June, when former Ascutney chief executive Kevin Donovan left to run Laconia, N.H.-based LRGHealthcare.

Landstrom, who had served as chief nursing officer at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, is returning to Michigan to become chief nursing officer for the St. John Providence health system, the news release said.
