Bob Dylan hasn’t exactly embraced this whole Nobel laureate thing.

The music legend and recipient of the 2016 Nobel Prize in literature declined to attend a Wednesday meeting with President Obama, a White House spokesman said. The president was slated to meet with the other less-elusive winners of the exclusive honor in a closed-to-press confab.

Snubbing the Oval Office is true to form for Dylan: He famously didn’t initially return the Nobel committee’s calls after the award was announced.
