White River Junction, Vt. — Thomas E. Tisza, 94, died on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016.

Before moving to Valley Terrace in 2015, he had lived with his late wife Pamelia at The Greens in Hanover for three years after four decades in Neshanic Station, N.J.
