After seeing more than a few posts on Facebook from my fellow Hartford residents who were sad that they didn’t get an “I Voted” sticker, I asked reporter Matt Hongoltz-Hetling, who is at the polls, if he could find out why.
The answer, he found out, is simple enough. Town Clerk Mary Beth Hill said they ran out, but are not connecting it to abnormal voter turnout.
So, that’s that.
